Day thirty-five: Do you mainly do cardio, strength training, or both?


Mainly cardio, I’ve been trying to do more strength training though.

Maybe…maybe not. I’m hoping soon to have enough money to go to a pilates studio or start yoga. Plus my boyfriend is buying me a crossfit membership..so hopefully that will help keep things interesting.

I will keep track just to maintain, but maybe not every day. Once I reach my UGW, I will probably up my cal intake to 1450/day again too.
